  Told us at purchase of our new grand caravan that to be approved we needed to get the extended warranty plus other stuff. Complete up sell lies. Just after 50000 km mark the rear brakes were shot. They wouldn’t cover it under warranty claiming poor maintenance (we took it there for maintenance). I ended up doing the brakes myself. They went in less then 10000 km again. Just brought it there and they said they wouldn’t cover the pads and rotors but would cover calipers. Quoted 435. When time to pay it was 600. Talking to a manager he said they would never quote so low. They would lose money. Well I lost a ton for brakes I shouldn’t have to be replacing.

  I dealt with a woman named Amy who was very friendly and helpful which made for an enjoyable visit.

  Went with my brother to pick up his van... We waited for some time and then when we did get the van and it had not been detailed and when I say not detailed there were crushed chips in the drink holders and melted candy. Woof.

  They have also belittled and harassed my girlfriend when she takes this van in for oil changes when the van tells her to.

  Have had countless interactions with dealership where there was no return calls or emails very frustrating. Dealt with sales manager recently and same kind of service very disappointing.
