    Very busy branch, but the staff is very friendly and they definitively know how to help you

    Dont bother! If you take time off work to discuss your accounts or mortgage as soon as you are out the door it will be round filed and nothing you requested will be done. You will be forced to take more time off work to visit in person to fix the issue as they take the phone off the hook during work hours. I used to love Canada Trust but since TD has taken over they are a huge flop of a bank.
